level 1 introductory traininG

Moving Pieces is excited to announce that we are taking expressions of interest in attending a Level 1 Training in the Moving Pieces approach which will run in 2024 over two weekends. Ideal for professionals with a background in arts therapies and or performing arts with experience of working within mental health. We ask that participants have previously attended a minimum of two Moving Pieces weekend workshops or equivalent.

The training will be an opportunity to learn about some of the core components of the Moving Pieces approach, how they are sequenced and potential applications. This introductory programme will include learning a range of body-based skills to support regulation of the nervous system, creative and embodied ways of building empathy in a group and how to work safely with implicit memories held in the body.
