This series of 3 workshops based on our popular workshop ‘From Feldenkrais to Improvised Movement and Writing’ is an opportunity to explore and build on a different theme each month.
On the morning of Saturday, Dec 7th, we will be running our popular workshop ‘From Feldenkrais to Improvised Movement and Writing’. This workshop is a stand-alone workshop and also a taster for a monthly series of 3 workshops offered from Jan 2025.
This will be the last time we offer this workshop. A weekend workshop exploring creative and embodied ways of sharing experiences of love and loss through body-based work, performance and storytelling.
This half-day workshop is based on our popular workshop ‘From Feldenkrais to Improvised Movement and Writing’ and is an opportunity to explore and give emphasis to ‘Softening into Action’.

If you have attended the Level 1 Seminar, this is an opportunity to build on those skills, add to them and receive supervision about how to integrate skills into practice with particular clients.

On May 28th, just over two years after Boris Johnson announced the first lockdown, Paco and Lily will share their experience of the current crisis as well as invite the audience to share their experience with each other.
This series will explore a different theme each week based on states of contraction, expansion and the potential to play with the biases we have in our movement and way of being. Each workshop can be attended separately however each session will build on the next in the series.
In response to the Covid-19 crisis, we considered how to creatively explore the emotional challenges we all now face. Using Zoom, we created a series of improvisations with the characters from our theatre show Total Eclipse, Paco & Lily, exploring their experiences of social isolation.
